Customers may opt-in to participate in Text Messaging by providing their consent to participation, such as through our website or online GIngr Pet Portal, or at the time you establish a relationship with us for services, and sign Our New Client Application.

 

By providing your consent to participate in text message communications, you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to our Terms of Use. We may send you messages relating to your dog(s), your dog(s) vaccinations, upcoming appointments or reservations, specials, and other marketing and advertisements about products and services we offer. Once enrolled, you will have an opportunity to decline the service via a reply to an initial text message you receive from us. Message frequency varies and depends upon your activity.

Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. All Messages are Subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier.  Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported.

Charges for text messages may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance. We reserve the right to terminate the program and our SMS service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The information in any message may be subject to certain time lags and/or delays. We, and the carriers, wireless service providers and network operators are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator. Neither we nor the mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
